I’m originally from Ghana, West Africa. I started my business during my final semester in college, and the initial reason for choosing to do photography was to be able to do business to serve as a source of income in case I don’t land a job after school. Few months down the line after building up my photography skills I came to the realization that photography wasn’t just about taking pictures and sending it back to clients in exchange for money but rather an art that when one learns about lighting techniques, positioning subjects, adding props, post-processing the captured image into how you want the image to be viewed by the help of basic photoshop skills, it can convey a message to the viewer, this led me into focusing on a particular niche which is portrait photography. My style is unfussy, approachable, and not too serious. I started hitting up random models on Instagram and shooting them for fun. I grew my brand from the scratch, hitting up random models and shooting them for free to getting called by companies to render my photography services for money.
